The coaches of Elite CrossFit are people with aspirations and goals just like you. We dread the thought of not being able to do something because of physical limitations. We’re soccer players, runners, military, students, grandmas, and swimmers. What’s more important is what we have in common with you.
We chose CrossFit because we desired the same fitness level that you seek now. It started as an interest in being able to reach our goals as athletes in sports, but have since far outreached those boundaries. Now we seek to improve every aspect of our daily lives through fitness. To be able to perform our jobs better, to be surrounded by people who will cheer us on, to try things that most adults would consider childish (which we consider kick ass!).
You see, CrossFit has made a difference in our lives and we want you to be apart of that. CrossFit is challenging – driving to the gym and not listening to the voice telling you it's too hard, and pushing yourself to take the workout intensity to new levels.

James Werline (James' Blog)
James Werline and Crossfit has been a part of my daily routine for almost a year now. I am currently a 3rd year Pharmacy Student at the University of the Incarnate Word's Feik School of Pharmacy and I plan to graduate in 2011. I am also a soldier in the United States Army Reserve's and I have served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 04'-05'. I love all kinds of sports but Football is my passion and I am always up for a game whether its flag football, or better yet the real thing. I am just another every day guy trying to help improve the lives of others by relaying the Crossfit mission to anyone who is looking for something that will finally work. If someone has ever told you that getting in shape is easy, than they're trying to sell you something. I'm letting you know right now, Crossfit is not easy but anyone CAN do it! Show up every day wanting to be better than yesterday. As my mentor Jeremy Tucker tells us, "Train to not suck at life".
